Muneeza Ahmed – Using the Emotion Code and Body Code to Resolve Physical and Emotional Imbalances and Eliminate Underlying Symptoms

Muneeza Ahmed is a holistic health coach, medical intuitive, and Emotion Code and Body Code practitioner. From the time she was four months old, Muneeza suffered from serious allergies and severe asthma, until a dietary shift as an adult completely eliminated her systems within weeks. She went on to receive training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and has gone on to incorporate a number of modalities into her work, including the Emotion Code and the Body Code, to help her clients recover their physical and emotional health.


In this interview we’ll learn what the Emotion Code and Body Code are, and how they work at an energetic level to resolve physical and emotional symptoms and restore BALANCE. We”ll also do a demonstration so you can get a real sense of how these modalities could be helpful to you and your child.

Greetings Beloved. Thank you for visiting my blog. I am passionate about the arts, specifically, dancing and writing poems. I am currently on a journey of discovering and experiencing healing dances, such as Dance Meditation, Biodanza and Dance Meditation. Dancing has always played an integral part in my life when I needed that extra boost in my esteem, that release of mental and emotional tension, and when I wanted to feel alive. I was also aware that when I danced in social settings, it brought other’s joy and a sense of calmness.
