“Time” is an Illusion!

“Time is just a concept, the clock is just an invention. But in our physically controlled world we are so used to live by this concept. But the only real “time” that exist is here and now. It’s always now. When we live by society it’s so easy to get stuck in an illusion, we only live through our past or future. .

You can be more present, even if you working, going to school or whatever your day looks like.
Meditation is a beautiful way to be present for a while, sit down, focusing on your breathing and if it comes any thoughts just let them be there like clouds in the sky. They are there but they are not you. Don’t identify yourself with your thoughts. .
Stop watching the clock so often. If you have timed plans set an alarm instead. .
When your outside take notice of the sky, the trees, how you’re breathing fresh air. When your cooking food, feel the smell, the taste. Whatever you do use your senses to be present in what’s happening.

Turn off the tv, read some books instead. The tv will numb you by constantly feeding your senses, while a good book will waken your senses and stimulate your

Be outside more, talk a walk. Especially when you’re bored! Don’t get stuck day in and day out wasting “time” by simply letting it pass while you browse the endless webs of internet.

Do more of what makes you happy, and stop worrying, if you done your very best then worrying won’t make it better. Let go of things that no longer serves you so that you have space to grow and experience new things!

Dancing has always played an integral part in my life when I needed that extra boost in my esteem, that release of mental and emotional tension, and when I wanted to feel alive. I was also aware that when I danced in social settings, it brought other’s joy and a sense of calmness. I started to analyze and put two and two together and discovered that when I dance, I not only bring that same feeling into my body and psyche but that I affect others with it.
